Terms & Conditions for Using Baji Affinity

Baji Affinity (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is a legally licensed and operated online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between Baji Affinity and its users.

To open an account with Baji Affinity, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. Providing a false date of birth during registration is a punishable offence and may result in account forfeiture.
• One Account: Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are detected for the same individual, all accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information: All personal details provided at registration — including your name, address, and phone number — must be accurate and truthful.
• KYC Verification: To make a withdrawal, you must complete the identity verification (KYC) process. A copy of your National ID or passport may be required.
• Account Security: Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.

The mobile number or email address provided at registration must be verified. Certain features may be restricted until verification is complete.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on Baji Affinity and must be followed by all members:

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred BDT).
• Deposits must be made from a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited and forms part of our anti-money laundering policy.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If yours is delayed, please wait 30 minutes before contacting support.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawal requests may be held for review if suspicious activity is detected.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.

Baji Affinity strictly adheres to international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. We reserve the right to report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

All users must comply with the following rules when betting on Baji Affinity. We reserve the right to close any account found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

• Valid Bets: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless Baji Affinity voids it due to a technical error or other valid reason.
• Technical Error: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a server issue or technical error and a bet is accepted at those odds, Baji Affinity reserves the right to void that bet.
• Maximum Win: A maximum win limit applies to each bet. This limit varies across different games and betting markets.
• Event Cancellation: If a game or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Fraud Prohibited: Using betting software, bots, or any other automated tools is strictly prohibited.

For live betting, Baji Affinity's decision on accepting bets after an event has started is final. Baji Affinity is not liable for any bets that fail to register due to connection issues.

Baji Affinity's bonus and promotion offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you agree to these terms.

Wagering Requirement:

• Welcome bonuses typically carry a wagering requirement of 20x to 30x.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been completed.
• A deadline applies for meeting wagering requirements, as specified in the relevant bonus offer.

Bonus Usage Rules:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once, unless otherwise stated in the offer.
• Any detected bonus abuse or bonus hunting will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Multiple accounts or family members sharing the same device cannot claim the same bonus.
• Baji Affinity reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Baji Affinity believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all members to bet responsibly.

• Setting Limits: Each member can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits from their account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may choose to temporarily close their own account for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a break from betting for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Reality Check: You can set periodic reminders to let you know how long you've been betting.

Baji Affinity reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of the terms and conditions.
• If false or misleading information is provided.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If fraudulent or unlawful activity is detected.
• Failure to provide the required documents for KYC verification.
• Exploiting any vulnerability in the betting or payment system.

If an account is closed and the member has a genuine remaining balance with no evidence of Terms & Conditions violations, that balance will be returned through the designated process. Members may also request account closure at any time.

If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome or transaction, please follow the steps below:

• Step One: Please notify our support team via live chat or email within 72 hours of the incident.
• Step Two: The support team will endeavour to provide an initial resolution within 3 business days.
• Step Three: If the issue remains unresolved, the matter will be escalated to senior management.
• Final Decision: Once all information has been reviewed, the decision made by Baji Affinity shall be considered final.

Always keep accurate records and evidence for dispute resolution. Saving screenshots or transaction IDs will be helpful.

Baji Affinity reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time.

• For significant changes, members will be notified by email or site notification at least 7 days in advance.
• In urgent situations — such as legal changes or security threats — updates may take effect without prior notice.
• Members who do not agree to the updated terms may request account closure.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
